DESCRIPTION:Art-Dentify Yourself				\n				\n				\n				\n									Improving the conditions for the manifestation of Roma culture and increasing the degree of inclusion and awareness of cultural identity through performing arts\, digital access and entrepreneurship. 								\n				\n				\n				\n									Between								\n				\n				\n				\n					\n		\n			Mar 1\, 2023\n\n	\n\n	  @  \n\n\n8:00 am\n\n	\n\n		\n	\n	  -  \n\n	Mar 1\, 2024\n\n	\n\n	  @  \n\n\n5:00 pm\n\n\n\n	\n				\n				\n				\n				\n									Promoter and partnerProject Promoter: Love and Trust Association Project Partners: National Athenaeum of Iasi\, Pro Roma Association (RO) and Dac Music Performance (NO) 								\n				\n				\n				\n									Website								\n				\n				\n				\n					\n		\n	Link to Project Page\n\n				\n				\n					\n		\n					\n		\n				\n						\n					\n			\n						\n				\n					Art-Dentify Yourself				\n				\n				\n				\n									Improving the conditions for the manifestation of Roma culture and increasing the degree of inclusion and awareness of cultural identity through performing arts\, digital access and entrepreneurship. 								\n				\n				\n				\n					Overall objective				\n				\n				\n				\n									The target group of the project consists of 620 people\, with the following category distribution:40 Roma people with artistic skills from the 25 severely marginalized localities in the North East Region – who will participate in the specific training in the music field\, the mentoring program and the webinar aimed the strategies to promote Roma culture in the Donor States;500 people from the North East Region – who will participate in the cultural activities which will take place at the cultural identity of the Roma people dedicated Festival;4 people\, with influencer status\, from Norway – who will participate in the cultural activities provided in the Festival dedicated to the cultural identity of the Roma;30 children of Roma ethnicity – who will participate in the dramatic art\, music and dance workshops;30 popular (traditional) craftsmen (15 of whom are Roma) – who will participate in the networking and mentoring event to identify innovative business models in the cultural and creative sectors\, in the webinar aimed to strategies for promoting Roma culture in the Donor States and in the session of initiation in traditional Roma culture crafts;5 people of Roma ethnicity who have a job in the cultural – artistic sectors – who will participate in the internship session;11 people who are part of the project management and implementation team.The indirect beneficiaries targeted by the project activities are: the visitors of the virtual Roma museum and people from the local communities of the NE Region\, especially the cultural consumers.Benefits for the project target group:The economic benefits include free of charge participation in specific events promoting and valorizing Roma culture: professional training in the music field; recording session of one music album; artistic dramatic\, visual art\, music and dance workshops; the Roma cultural identity festival; internship program\, mentoring program\, networking and webinar to identify innovative business models.Another economic benefit is directed to the popular (traditional) craftsmen of the Roma ethnicity by participating in the mentoring program for guidance regarding the formalization of the craft art production activity.Social benefits refer to the development of intercultural dialogue between Roma and non-Roma people and to the promotion of the diversity specific to Roma culture among the general public. The benefits are also represented by the improving of involvement of young people and the development of a positive attitude towards Roma culture.Cultural benefits: from the artists point of view\, the possibility of expression is ensured\, being encouraged the representatives of various forms of art (dramatic\, visual\, dance\, music\, craft art); from the general public point of view\, the project ensures access to culture and access to different forms of art; the cultural benefits obtained are directed on the one hand to young people\, by adapting to the needs of innovative ways of artistic expression and reviving the cultural spirit\, and on the other hand to popular (traditional) craftsmen who are not registered in a legally regulated form and benefit from support in obtaining knowledge and information specific to entrepreneurship.The activities that are planned to be implemented are:A1. Project management\, monitoring and control;A2. Training and professional development of Roma people;A3. The organization of specific events to promote and capitalize on Roma culture in contemporary art;A4.
